The method which guarantees a super fast production, also quoted by Sole 24 ore

If you are working in the mechanical sector and dealing with traditional machinery like: planer, cutter and lathe etc; and you would like to find a faster method of producing your components, then you have landed on the right article.

In this blog we are going to talk about 3D printing, the technology of the fourth industrial revolution, which, according to management consultant A.T. Kearney, is transforming the manufacturing industry.

I will show you a method, also quoted by Sole 24 ore, which exploits 3D printing to speed up production and cut costs.

You will have the chance to enter the world of additive manufacturing without immediately investing in a 3D printer.

In this climate of growth, entrepreneurs, who are still using traditional methods, find themselves admiring many Big companies like Nasa, Nike, Oreal and Ford, who are achieving incredible results thanks to a 3D printing system.

The market growth value of additive manufacturing in Wohlers Report 2018, had already been estimated at $ 4,202 billion in 2017.

In 2017 3D printing grew by $ 7,336 billion, much more than predicted.

Dr Bryony Core claims that 3D printing is having an historic impact on the manufacturing industries which produce in small lots, with high quality customized pieces to satisfy the needs of the customer.

Moreover Wohlers Report 2018 showed how 3D printing is exploited above all for industrial application of functional final products and for prototyping.

Even though the growth of additive manufacturing seems astonishing, why are many entrepreneurs hesitating to invest in this technology?

In the geographical landscape concerning the use of 3D printing, Europe has experienced a reduction compared to 2016, when it registered 32,7% compared to 26,6% in 2017.

The Managing Director of X.0 Resources Accenture has his own theory: Maikel Van Verseveld declared that many potential customers, interested in 3D printing hesitate because most producers of 3D printers are small start ups, while the buyers are Big Companies, gigantic elephants, who want to do business with other gigantic elephants.

A rather imprecise statement since producers of all dimensions are present in the market of additive manufacturing: from the biggest to the smallest, form the oldest to the youngest.

Not only: when it comes to investing in additive manufacturing, what counts is not the size of production capacity of who sells the 3D printer, but the service that is offered, therefore the method of approach towards whoever is interested in this technology.

What then is the real problem behind the hesitations and fears of many entrepreneurs who would like to invest in 3D but…?

There are two problems:

1) Serious lack of information and training

Only one manufacturing company in five adopts a 3D printer, according to a research carried out by Rise University of Brescia. The research showed that, among the hundreds of companies involved in the survey, only 50% had a superficial knowledge of 3D printing and less than 20% used this technology.

Doubts and lack of information cause entrepreneurs to be unable to orient themselves in the face of the technical terminology and problems posed by these new technologies, and end up getting lost in the forest of additive manufacturing.

The questions that come to mind are endless:

  • How does a 3D printer work?
  • How many technologies exist?
  • Which is the best for my type of production?
  • How can I exploit 3D technology in my favour, to speed up my production and produce my components at reduced costs?
  • Who can guarantee that, once I have bought a 3D printer, it will be easy to use and will achieve the desired results?
  • Which safety measures must I follow? Is printing in 3D dangerous? (Very dangerous if you rely on generalist systems, as you can read in this article).
  • Can all my components be printed in 3D? Who can help me identify which components are worthwhile printing?
  • And many more endless questions which multiply like rabbits.

2)Non-existence of a method to use a 3D printer in your production chain, keeping in mind the return on investment (ROI).

The big elephants, producers of generalist 3D printers, are concerned with selling the printer, not with supplying a complete production method, which will help the customer receive answers to all the questions buzzing in his head, and which guarantees a competitive advantage and ensures benefits.

Because of this generalized chaos, created by the elephants and by all the global producers of 3D printers, small or big, in Italy there is only 3% of industrial AM systems (and the majority are present in the form of Service, a service which, if used badly, risks causing enormous damage to many productions, as you can read in this article).

The solution to this black hole of information comes no less from Italy, in particular Emilia Romagna, a production method called CorSystem, which “has led to a 17% cut in production costs of components, also reducing production time from 35 hours to little more than 11”, reports sole 24 Ore.

The aim of CorSystem is to install a 3D printer for mechanical applications in your production, guaranteeing a profitable investment from the very start

CorSystem will allow you to:

1) be assisted by a team of experts in 3D printing for mechanical applications, who will help you identify which components are economically worthwhile printing in 3D.

You could reduce production and delivery times, satisfy a greater number of customers, therefore earning faster and producing on demand, that is, ONLY when needed;

2) furthermore, with the help and guidance of experts in AM, your project will be optimized for 3D printing. To produce in additive systems requires different rules compared to production with traditional methods. This is the most important phase, because you will never be able to produce in 3D if you do not translate your project into the new language of additive systems.

No elephant of 3D gives you this type of technical assistance: they sell you the bike but you will have to learn to ride it.

3) Not only will you be able to exploit a 3D printer, but it will be a 3D printer CUSTOMIZED to your productive needs. Each company is different and needs a personalized printer.

All other producers of 3D printers sell generalist and standard machines.

4)Be assisted in the production phase by a team of experts in 3D printing for mechanical applications.

To produce in 3D it is necessary to have a broad technical knowledge: how do you position the component on the printing bed? How many components can you print at the same time? And many other parameters to consider which you cannot learn by yourself.

With CorSystem you can become totally independent and use a 3D4STEEL printer, personalized to produce your components with the features you want; you can do everything simply (just a click as if you were printing a document in the office) and free of charge for one month.

Free of charge for a month?

You can keep a 3D4STEEL printer in your production chain for a whole month and exploit our technical department to print your mechanical components. (At the end of the article I will explain how to find out more about this opportunity).

I am not crazy but I want to contribute in spreading the benefits of 3D printing, which I have also obtained, to all entrepreneurs who have a big dream and want to lead their company to success.

If you are interested:

1)find out more about the 4 phases of CorSystem;

2)see with your own eyes a component, at first produced using the chip removal method, and then be produced in 3D, with comparison of economic data and information on production times;

3)find out how I produced my mechanical components in steel reducing production time by 66% and how you could also achieve this;

4)how a 3D printer works, how this technology was created and what are its applications;

 5)enter the Hell of additive manufacturing, meet the damned, accompanied by a better guide than the bard Virgil;

6)and at the end receive a gift to unwrap…

la Bibbia della stampa 3D per la produzione meccanica

You have the chance to receive at home or directly on your company desk, the Bible of 3D printing for mechanical applications, all made in Italy.

If, up to now only Americans and Germans have written the best reports on additive manufacturing, today it is no longer so.

Unfortunately, after last week’s launching, I have only 50 free copies left. To receive your free copy just click on this link or on the red button at the bottom, before all the Bibles finish. You can write the address where you prefer to receive your copy.

P.S: This Bible also has a Paradise at the end: you will find out how to free yourself from all the problems of additive technology, producing your components in the safest way possible with full liberty in choice of materials.

P.P.S. the book is in print: it’s pages have the smell of printed paper with a colourful cover, red like the hell of additive systems, because, even if the copy is free, it contains high level and valuable information, that is why the book is bound since I was not satisfied with just using the usual ebook marketing. Read and enjoy the experience of still being able to consult a printed book, in spite of the sea of digital that surrounds us today.

Have a good read,
